Revolution, A Call to Arms Saturday Openings
An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Saturday, repeating until December 19, 2026
The Belton Area Museum Association (BAMA), in conjunction with the WebbCraft Family Foundation, SC 250, Anderson County ATAX and the City of Belton HTAX, invites the community to experience its newest exhibit, Revolution: A Call to Arms.
Revolution: A Call to Arms offers visitors an opportunity to step back into the turbulent years of the American Revolution and explore the people, objects and experiences that shaped South Carolina and the nation. The exhibit features artifacts connected to our founding fathers, along with the South Carolina State Museum’s traveling exhibit, The American Revolutionary War in South Carolina.
The exhibit will remain on display through December 19. Visitors may view Revolution: A Call to Arms during regular museum hours: Wednesday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., and Saturday, 10 a.m. to noon. Group tours may be arranged by contacting Executive Director Abigail Burden at 864-338-7400. The exhibit is part of Belton’s SC250 Revolutionary South Carolina activities.

Community Calendar Policy
1. The Community Calendar is for the promotion of special local events hosted by non-profit organizations, the City of Belton and Anderson County.
2. Organizations may submit special public events and annual fund raisers (but not regular meetings or private event announcements) to be posted.
3. Calendar items may be static or may include a link to the website of the sponsor organization to provide additional information.
4. The Belton Alliance will attempt to reflect accurate information on the Community Calendar, but cannot take responsibility for the accuracy of information provided by any organization.
5. The Belton Alliance retains the final authority to determine if an event may be posted on the Community Calendar.
