Antiques/Collectibles Workshop
The Belton Museum will host a workshop led by Dr. John LeHeup and Dr. Tim Drake on Thursday, September 25 at 6:30 in the center section of the Historic Belton Depot. The pair will give their expert advice on how to deal with inherited collections, antiques , and memorabilia. Admission is free, but there is a suggested donation of $5/person. If you have inherited a family collection and don’t know what to do with it or if you have a collection that you are not sure your family may want to keep after you are gone, this presentation is designed for your. Dr. LeHeup and Dr. Drake have a wealth of knowledge about antiques, how to determine if an item is worth saving, and tactics on buying and selling antiques.

Community Calendar Policy
1. The Community Calendar is for the promotion of special local events hosted by non-profit organizations, the City of Belton and Anderson County.
2. Organizations may submit special public events and annual fund raisers (but not regular meetings or private event announcements) to be posted.
3. Calendar items may be static or may include a link to the website of the sponsor organization to provide additional information.
4. The Belton Alliance will attempt to reflect accurate information on the Community Calendar, but cannot take responsibility for the accuracy of information provided by any organization.
5. The Belton Alliance retains the final authority to determine if an event may be posted on the Community Calendar.
