IMS Acquired By Leadec

Belton Alliance member Industrial Maintenance & Services of Belton has been purchased by Leadec, the leading global service specialist for factories along their entire life cycle and corresponding infrastructure effect November 30.  IMS of Belton is an electrical and mechanical contractor serving the greater Anderson, Greenville and Spartanburg area.  The acquisition strengthens Leadec’s South Carolina hub and broadens their industry portfolio.
